2. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?

3. What is our warranty?

4. What is TUFFCOAT?

TUFFCOAT is an upgraded UV-coating add-on to help keep your LVT protected from excessive wear, scuffs, and scratches, and can be added to any product.

5. What is TUFFLOCK?

TUFFLOCK is our Click flooring option. Click flooring is installed using a click- locking system that snaps the planks or tiles into place without the use of an adhesive.

6. What is dB Plank?

dB Plank is a Premium LVT that is completely customizable and is a cost-effective solution to your sound reduction needs. It meets all testing standards please refer to dB page for specifics. dB Plank has a pre-attached sound pad that has been added to our TUFFPLANK product. Available in a variety of specifications. Perfect for Multi-Family, Senior Living, Student-Housing, & Hospitality.

7. Is TUFFPLANK a renewable product?

Yes, TUFFPLANK is available with virgin vinyl, or recycled content based on your requirements, and is 100% post use.

8. How quickly can I have my products?

Please allow 12-14weeks for production to your door. This timeframe is conditional to shipping conditions and freight delays of international shipping at the time of order. We keep our customers informed throughout the entire process of delivery.

9. Is TUFFPLANK certified?

Yes, TUFFPLANK is Floor Score / SCS Global Services Certified and a ANSI accredited product.

10. How is Glue Down installed?

The glue down installation method involves the use of an adhesive to adhere your dry back LVT to its subfloor. Using an adhesive creates dimensional stability that ensures the flooring maintains its natural characteristics. The glue down method involves two distinct types of adhesives: hard set and pressure sensitive.

11. Approved Adhesives

All instructions and requirements from TuffTak must be followed, including but not limited to approved working conditions in order to be covered by TUFFPlank’s warranty.

12. How is Matrix Rigid Core installed?

13. How is Loose Lay installed?

Floating installations involve little to no adhesive that can either be installed directly over the sub floor. To install loose lay flooring, planks or tiles around the perimeter of the space may be glued down, while the rest of the planks or tiles loosely stay in place once laid down.

15. Are submittal samples for color purpose only?

TUFFPLANK is a completely customizable product. Therefore, all submittal samples are for color purposes only, unless custom submittals are requested by customer. Please order according to your specification needs.
