This line is designed to provide a solution to every situation — from different colors, textures, finishes, plank sizes, tile & wear layer thicknesses, UV and Acoustical treatments and more. The wear layer is one of the most important parts of your vinyl plank flooring. It protects the decorative film from everyday abuse and keeps your floor looking new. TUFFPLANK offers six wear layers that can be used anywhere from residential to heavy commercial.

TUFFTAK Adhesives

TUFFTAK is a solvent-free transitional adhesive with aggressive tack designed for the installation of vinyl and non-vinyl backed modular carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), sheet flooring, VCT and  fiberglass reinforced vinyl sheet.

TUFFTAK 6500 is made with an Advanced Antimicrobial System to protect the adhesive from bacterial and fungal growth. When used with vinyl tile, vinyl plank and vinyl sheet flooring,

TUFFTAK 8000 is designed for the installation of luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tiles. TUFFTAK 8000 may be used over both porous and non-porous substrates using the appropriate application methods. This adhesive extends drying time up to two hours, allowing trouble-free installations over existing, well-prepared substrates with moisture readings up to 90% RH

TUFFTAK RA 9000 is a revolutionary solvent free, easy to use advanced aqueous adhesive suitable for interior installations of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and plank (LVP). The adhesive is applied using a 3/8” nap paint roller and dries quickly to facilitate fast installation times.

TUFFTAK provides an instant, permanent bond.
